Part Time Server + Part Time Bartender
Bar Chido, new concept was curated by a high volume restaurant group and is right in the heart of Downtown Downers Grove IL! We are looking for individuals that have a deep passion for the hospitality industry!
We are currently hiring bartender/server positions within our restaurant!
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an individual that has 1-3 years’ experience within a high-volume setting. We are looking for an individual that uses a hands-on approach in order to ensure quality of service, and who has the commitment and passion to bring an exceptional experience to our guests. This individual must have a positive disposition and a willingness to bring energy to each and every shift. Extensive food and beverage knowledge is a must. Experience with Toast (POS) is a plus. Must be flexible within a schedule that requires days/nights/weekends and certain holidays.
FOH EXPECTATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience
- Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with team members and guests.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team based approach to service.
- Excellent time-management skills.
